The Musketeer Association (TMA) mission is to bring healing, compassion, & unity, radiating love & truth into the world. Our unwavering commitment is to obliterate the insidious Man-Made Disease of Trauma (MMDT), dismantling its link to crime & violence, while safeguarding Underserved Communities, especially the Black, Brown, & Indigenous (BBI) People, & the ecosystem.

Through meticulously designed initiatives, we cultivate resilience, perpetuity, awareness, & environmental stewardship. Our target is to liberate communities from the grip of MMDT, ensure collective well-being & the protection of our environment. Anchored by the 3-Bs (Babies; Butterflies; Bees) Without Them Mankind has NO Future, we aspire to instill human values that enrich all lives. We foster inclusive dialogues, amplify marginalized voices, & advocate for their rights through our collaborative relations & communications strategies.

Empowering our workforce through cultural competency, implicit bias training, & equitable practices is pivotal in championing diversity & inclusion. Diverse representation on our Board of Directors is integral to our association's governance and reflects our commitment to inclusivity. Our Junior Board of Directors initiative is geared towards cultivating future leaders & fostering an inclusive culture that transcends generational boundaries.

TMA is steadfast in its pursuit of eradicating MMDT, fostering a society rooted in principles of equality, justice, accountability, collaboration, social balance, restorative justice, environmental stewardship, & inclusivity, all while safeguarding the vital ecosystem - that underpins the survival of our species.
