Who We Are - Our Musketeers

At The Musketeer Association (TMA), our mission to combat violence and promote healing wouldn't be possible without the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers and sponsors. Our Musketeers are the heart and soul of our organization, working tirelessly to make a positive impact in our communities.

Volunteer Musketeers

Our volunteer Musketeers come from all walks of life, united by a common goal: to create safer, more resilient communities. They generously donate their time, skills, and passion to support our programs and initiatives. From mentoring youth to organizing community events, our volunteers play a crucial role in spreading kindness and hope.

Sponsored Musketeers

We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, who share our vision of a world free from violence. Through their generous contributions, our sponsored Musketeers help us fund vital projects and reach more individuals in need. Whether through financial support or in-kind donations, our sponsors play a vital role in empowering our organization to make a difference.

Who We Are - Our Mission

The Musketeer Association’s (TMA) mission is to promote healing, care, love and encourage the softening of the hearts, and to connect as humane people. TMA is to comfort and stand forth as a constant reminder that we must bring light, beauty and truth to the world we live in; thus, always working to end the “Man-Made Disease of Trauma” (MMDT)

We are a “Community Advocacy Association” that stands against VRF (violence, racism, fascism) and targets to save the 3-Bs (Babies; Butterflies; Bees) Without Them Mankind has NO FUTURE!

Our aim and goal are to eradicate the “Pandemic of Violence” in our communities across the Nation & the globe, especially the BBI (Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities), thus saving the “3-Bs” and making our world safer for all creation.

TMA was established for one purpose only, to bring together individuals from all walks of life (The Flower Garden of Mankind) to develop “ongoing” projects that can be introduced into our communities that bring antibiotic and probiotic methods to eradicate the “pandemic of violence” in all our neighborhoods.

TMA’s projects & programs promotes healing, resiliency, perpetuity, and prosperity for communities and families, especially the children and the eco-system, thus providing “safety and justice” for all our communities and teach our youth (the future of mankind) how to reach for the universe and catch a star, instead of reaching for a “weapon” to harm themselves and/or others.

Our innovativeness targets the heart of the community, thus saving our babies on these streets and in the homes, while "accenting" our dependency on the eco-system; “Save the 3-Bs” (Babies; Butterflies; Bees) Without Them Mankind has NO FUTURE!

One such project is “The Flowerpot Project Proposal” (which is not just a flowerpot, but an innovative way to STOP the “Man-Made Disease of Trauma” (MMDT).

We are dedicated to provided opportunities for especially the youth to live a better life. 80% of our donations fund the “core services” we introduce into the communities of the challenged people, regardless of race, religion, gender, or background.

We strive to create a better world, and we show much gratitude & thanks to all  who help us to achieve our mission by sharing the pictures and stories of those affected by MMDT (Man-Made Disease of Trauma). Please continue to lean a helping hand in whatever way you can and yes, “we do need your funds too”, but just as importantly we need your caring heart. Join us, become a Musketeer!

Our Founder

Rukiye Z Abdul-Mutakallim

I’m the CEO and Founder of “The Musketeer Association” and more importantly I’m a mother.  Watching our future imploding before my very eyes has inspired me to establish The Musketeer Association (TMA) and developed projects and programs that aim to save the 3-Bs (Babies; Butterflies; Bees) Without Them Mankind has NO FUTURE and targeting the REAL ENEMY, the Man-Made Disease of Trauma (MMDT) that has infected our communities, especially the Black, Brown, and Indigenous (BBI) People.

My youngest son’s life came to an end on June 29 th , 2015, caused by MMDT ((18) Mom Comes Face-To-Face With Her Son’s Killer In Court | Humankind - YouTube) The Musketeer Association’s goal is to save the 3-Bs by eradicating the Man-Made Disease of Trauma, thus bringing an end to the “Social Unbalance & Health Pandemic” of violence, racism, fascism, and crime.
